Description
Clears heap profiler states after fork via
pthread_atfork.This addresses a crashes that happen when using libdatadog's interning API, which was introduced to 4.3.0 via #15062 and reverted by #16243.

As at that point, the Memory Profiler is still running according to its state variables (nothing stopped it before that very fork handler whose job it is to stop it), it could try to write a Sample, by which libdatadog would try to "render" the interned strings, thus trying to access memory belonging to the freed ProfilesDictionary ⇒ segmentation fault.
