I have pinned zap to zig 0.11 release as I didn't see a point for playing catch-up constantly since 0.11 was released. Please put your changes into a separate 0.12 branch so we can point to that or use it once 0.12 gets released |

addCSourceFiles now needs a Options struct, and build.zig.zon needs a
pathskey.this fixes the build, but i haven't figured out why the "facil.io" artifact is not found on the zap side
