Added resources explaining the memory layout of a C program to the new Memory Allocation section.
My opinion is that this is not strictly related to the Fundamental Data Structures section, but more so belongs to a "Fundamental Programming Concepts" section that we currently don't have. Shall we include that section later, the "Memory allocation" subsection should be moved there.
