HQ - Helicity Quantification

HQ is a toolbox for quantifying the helical structure of nanorods in Matlab. It can be used to calculate the helicity function and total helicity based on an image, a 3D volume, or a triangulated surface mesh.

Installation

Download this repository and add all subfolders to your path using

addpath(genpath(HQPATH))

where HQPATH is the path to the folder where this README file is located.
