Thank you for submitting this PR. This implementation makes css_str and css_file mutually exclusive for styling html_str, with css_str taking precedence. I may update this later to allow a combination of css_str and css_file if both are provided. |

Had a use case for the ability to use a css style sheet on individual div tags.
