• Stabilize

  Moving out of private Subversion and into GitHub brings a lot of subtle changes. Applying NuGet, using Jenkins (instead of TeamCity), adding documentation, and having an app catalog entry all introduce some instability. Step one is just getting things in a state where we have reasonable confidence that we can find and fix issues.
