Update phonokit to version 0.3.5. This version includes:

  • a new function for numbered examples (new feature)
  • minor improvements to ipa function
  • a number of corrections in the documentation (both readme and lib.typ)

Fix invalid discipline in phonokit manifest

Remove "phonology" from disciplines array as it is not a valid
Typst discipline. "linguistics" covers the domain appropriately.

Rename example.typ to ex.typ to avoid false positive warning
cd1ffd2 
The file provides a function for numbered linguistic examples,
not example code. Renaming avoids the typst.app bot warning.
