Vert.x 5 Dynamic API Manager: dynamically deploy/manage HTTP verticles via API. JSON config (port, endpoints, responses), `/health` endpoint, disk-persisted state with auto-restore on startup. Uses VerticleBase, Future API, Vert.x Web.
Vert.x microservice for saving JSON via REST (/api/users) and files via gRPC (Unary/Stream/Bidirectional). Features Base64 content (≤400KB), metadata, auto-naming, uploads dir. HTTP:8888, gRPC:50051. Maven fat JAR ready.
