The rollup-plugin-visualizer was running for both client and server builds. Since server builds last, it overwrote client stats with server stats, causing inconsistent bundle size comparisons between PRs. Created a clientOnlyVisualizer wrapper that only runs the visualizer when outputting to the client directory. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
