Purpose
This PR adds a new example notebook to demonstrate the use of the RetNet model and updates the codebase to ensure compatibility with the latest dependencies.

This PR addresses compatibility issues caused by updates in the
transformerslibrary. Specifically, thetop_k_top_p_filteringfunction is now imported fromtransformers.generation.utils. This change ensures the codebase remains functional with the latest version oftransformers.
