Summary
Context
This is the Happy-side companion to openai/codex#10117. With MCP resume-path, Happy can resume Codex sessions consistently across desktop + mobile, while keeping Codex behavior intact. The goal is to make Codex a first-class experience in Happy, comparable to other supported CLIs, without changing Codex’s own UX.
