Uses functionality introduced in CMAKE 2.8.12 add_compile_options(). Sets CMAKE policies to mimic behaviour changed in 2.8.11, 3.0.2 and 3.1.3
Changed to find Qt5 in main CMakeLists.txt tinia_javascript now builds correctly. tinia_qtcontroller builds correctly. fpsviewer builds correctly, changed from toAscii to toLatin1 tutorial5 builds correctly, changed from toAscii to toLatin1

Now uses Qt 5.x instead of 4.8.
Allows for setting up GL context amongst other things.
Tested to work on windows, need to test on linux.
