Exclude README and AGENT files from site index #19

- Modified `index/site-index.njk` to filter out files with `README.md` or `AGENTS.md` in their input path. - Removed `page-list.njk` as it was redundant with the site index.

Excluded README.md and AGENTS.md files from the site index list to prevent them from appearing in the user-facing directory. Also removed page-list.njk which was a duplication of the site index functionality.
