Version 0.3 (2019-01-15): Introducing --lenient and --lenientplus modes for determining alternate ways of defining final binding events when replicated experiments are present. Output files now consist of only one ".events" file (to reduce confusion), files listing binding events found in each replicate, and a file reporting on the replication status of each binding event. Fixed several bugs, including relating to the final heatmap and composite plots displayed on the output HTML page, and a bug in --noclustering.
