Removed unused validate scorer references in docs

what is the intent of this pr? do we want to just remove scorer.validate() from docstrings or remove the method itself? do we want to keep the method but hide it from documentation entirely? and what about for the non-ooscenarios.validate()?

The API endpoint has been hidden for a week and nobody has been using it. This is the second step of getting rid of it
