Add basic save sync for Trimui stock os. Tested for gba and psx.
I'm know there are missing folder for others emulators. I hope that others using those emulators can complete it, or maybe when I have more time to play and test.
Need to rethink how to do for PPSSPP that is outside standard save folder.
