Summary by cubic

Centralized shared dependency versions using pnpm catalogs across the monorepo and moved pnpm settings into pnpm-workspace.yaml. This ensures consistent versions and makes updates easier.

• Dependencies
  • Added a catalog in pnpm-workspace.yaml; packages reference it using "catalog:".
  • Switched apps and packages to use "catalog:" for shared deps (React, React DOM, Next, TypeScript, Zod, Babel parser/traverse and types, log-symbols, ora, yalc, @types/node). Tailwind uses the catalog in packages; the web app stays on Tailwind 3.
  • Moved pnpm config (ignoredBuiltDependencies: sharp, autoInstallPeers) to pnpm-workspace.yaml; removed overrides from root package.json.
  • Updated pnpm-lock.yaml.
