To fulfill Apache-2.0 Section 4. a) one should include the full Apache License Text
4 (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
Distributing a full copy of the Apache License

Hi.
I found, that there could be a better way to make requests-toolbelt being Apache-2.0-licensed.
Let me know what you think of this. And if I should further enhance this.
