I tried
writeImageVtkbut I was expecting the function to be write only. Instead, it seems that it also modifies the NaN values in thegeone.img.Imgobject if the argumentmissing_valueis provided.If that feature was not intended, I propose to use
numpy.copy. Please see the pull request.Bests!
