PyHM leaves the boiler fluid boxes in oil-boiler-mk01 when switching to an assembling-machine (will be ignored by the game), which broke autotech.

This PR improves on the current situation in two ways:

  • doesn't modify entity's fluid_boxes array
  • use entity's type at least to some extent to look at less fluid boxes which will be ignored by the game
  • added other fluid_boxes that exist on some entity types (I started PyHM with those changes and it didn't crash, but you might want to take a closer look at its effects)
