Previously a
complement(join(a..b, c..d))was incorrectly interpreted as ranges of[b..a, d..c]. This behaviour was only an issue when attempting to ensure all of a deletion occurred within a gene this effected.This PR should ensure the ranges are correctly parsed - building the entire list of genome positions before attempting to revcomp. Leads to a slight improvement in simplicity of code in some areas.
Test case which showed this bug has been added too.
