According to the documentation: https://prometheus.io/docs/instrumenting/writing_exporters/), Prometheus should set the timestamps itself.
This adds an opt-in option to disable the local timestamp writing when creating the exporter object.
[EDIT:] Also bumped the cache version since it seemed to break CI.
