MoMA, the Mother Machine Analyzer

Is an image analysis application for tracking rod-shaped bacteria grown in a Mother Machine, a microfluidic device to study bacteria in well-controlled environments.

Although MoMA itself doesnt depend on a specific image format, its preprocessing is currently written to handle datasets acquired with Micro-Manager. The introductory tutorial thus focuses on this use case.
