I'm Nico — Lead Software Engineer at @Resideo, based in Austin.

Been building software for over twenty years now. Started with PHP and MySQL back in '05, picked up iOS development early on, and it stuck. Spent time at Match, Shyp, Synack, and American Airlines before landing at Resideo, where I lead mobile engineering. Most of my work these days is in Flutter.

Weekends lately have been about multi-agent orchestration — wiring up swarms of AI agents to work on real codebases together. Think of it like a tiny software factory where agents pick up tasks, do the work, and hand things off to each other.

Some stats from the hobby bench:

• 2 active rigs (workstreams) running
• 2,630 work items tracked
• ~61% completion rate (1,597 closed, 731 still in flight)
• 55 commits landed across projects
• Up to 9 unique agent contributors on a single project — mayors, workers, witnesses, the whole crew 😄

It's all built on top of OpenClaw, with custom orchestration layers for coordinating the swarm. Still very much a weekend science experiment, but it's getting weirdly productive.
