It is a bit annoying that the credBlob-extension can be, depending on the situation, a boolean (
MakeCredentialResponse,GetAssertion) or a ByteBuf (MakeCredential,GetAssertionResponse), but we use the sameExtension-struct everywhere.I thus opted for a not completely type-safe enum-API for the credBlob-extensions, even though this means theoretically, that a user could 'use it wrong', and send a ByteBuf into a GetAssertion-request. The token should in most cases error out, though.
