[DO NOT MERGE] Laghos comm dynamic

When git="https://github.com/gracenansamba/mfem.git" branch comm_cali is merged into MFEM:

• remove the following line from benchpark/repo/mfem/package.py::

    version("4.4_comm_cali", branch="comm_cali", submodules=False, git="https://github.com/gracenansamba/mfem.git")
  

• remove the following line from benchpark/repo/laghos/package.py::

  depends_on("mfem@4.4_comm_cali+caliper", when="+caliper") 
  

This is the experiment init I used: benchpark experiment init --dest=laghos-benchmark-dane laghos +strong ~single_node caliper=mpi

experiment.py does not looks similar to how the problems in kripke are defined

@dyokelson @gracenansamba I removed comm_cali pointers from develop, but not from this branch/PR. Hopefully I did not break your workflow....
