WIP. stuff still needs upstreamed and about 100 tests still need fixed. this is close though.
I am really happy with src/event
virtual list needs redone.
scroll bars need fixed.
inspector needs fixed and ideally redone to take advantage of custom elements and the box tree for hit testing.
Need to add back style selector optimizations and class_cx fast path for stlyes
