(Goes with #116) I pared down the IMAQdx example analysis script to just use the intermediate device and pseudoclock in the connection table that comes with the default profile's
connection_table.pyandexample_experiment.py. If we want the analysis to exercise more components of Lyse I can add those, but this is mostly in service of having something trivially run-able when doing end to end / integration testing.
