pahole v1.25 has CMakeLists.txt with too old cmake minimum version that does not work with cmake 4.x anymore. The dwarves package in Dockerfile.base already provides pahole and pahole is only needed on the host for generating BTF debug info during kernel builds, not for cross compiling.
