Due to changes in chrome / on github, you can no longer serve JS directly from https://raw.github.com/.
This branch uses public CDNs for all dependencies, and a local minified copy of flot.touch itself.
The minified copy is named with a git hash so we are sure which version it is. Once the project has some release tags, it would make more sense to name it with those.
