This PR reduces flaky Selenium failures in CI.

Flacky Selenium tests can cause PRs to fail.

Changes:

  • Added proper waiting for DOM updates after JS/AJAX actions
  • Simplified selectors to avoid stale element errors
  • Improved DRY
