Adds the manage app and db2 to the mas backup command to allow the pipeline to run the tasks that call the new role created in ibm-mas/ansible-devops#2104. Documentation also updated.
Pipeline runs after running mas backup with the manage option set:
Needs ibm-mas/ansible-devops#2104 and ibm-mas/python-devops#184 merged first
