When compiling spleeterpp, I ran into some missing library errors, so I added a few
includes.I also added a CLI for basic usage. I admit I'm not the best C++ developer, so potentially there could be a specific
makecommand to install libsndfile and the cli so that dependency isn't always needed; but I'm not sure how to do that.
