… get started with this project for testing. Fixed two small format issues that come up with more recent versions of go.
to the mgo driver. The test case requires configuration, so it is disabled by default.

This is to support issue #112 . This particular PR is against master to enable other users to quickly adopt the code without having to pick up all of the changes that are in the development branch. I do not expect this PR to be merged in, just leave it open so that others can safely get the code.
A separate PR is being opened against the development branch.
