This PR is to close issue #18 and #19 through adding a few functions - I think the comments associated with each function should be explanatory enough.
This allows grabbing extended client info via insights, as well as blocking or unblocking users by their mac address. There is a small helper function to transparently handle the most common mac address format as part of the request path.
