#added a reset after 5 reboots in 15 minutes

This enables user to manually force a reset if they reboot 5 times in 15 minutes
after blox boots up, it flashes green and then yellow and then stays off and you can reboot
then after 5 reboots it flashes green > yellow > off > purple > blue this means it is resetting and user should wait until it becomes flashing cyan which means it is ready for a setup
