The format of the existing file according to composer was out of date, it took a long time to process it (before then telling me it was old and would take a long time to process if it continued), and I don't see the point in locking this anyway; I'm looking to use it on my project and I want the latest versions of Silex and other dependencies, which this seems to work with.
