Summary

  • Add DecommissionAnnouncement type with optional successor federation invite code
  • Add server API endpoint and database storage for decommission announcements
  • Add client-side background task that fetches and caches the announcement daily
  • Add dashboard UI for guardians to set/clear decommission announcements
