Description
Raises the constraint on click versions to allow the latest.
A project I am working on has another package that transitively requires click>=8.3, so this is blocking me from updating.
I'm not aware of any reason faust-streaming cannot use the most recent and modeled this PR on https://github.com/faust-streaming/faust/pull/473/files
