Summary: Fix incorrect import in `complexity_rating healthcheck` Update pre-commit dependencies: Bumped `ufmt` from `v2.8.0` to `v2.9.0` and updated its dependencies: ``` black: 24.4.2 → 25.11.0 usort: 1.0.8.post1 → 1.1.0 ruff-api: 0.1.0 → 0.2.0 stdlibs: 2024.1.28 → 2025.10.28 ``` Code style fixes: Split long strings in `torch.py` and `test_early_stopping_healthcheck.py` to comply with line length limits.
