The purpose of this build and pull request is to build forked version without commiting to main directly.

Workflow is sort of dumb but basically:

• Fork from fork.
• Sync upstream changes (into main and forked fork?)
• Pull request into main if you need the pipeline build nuget.
• Change pull request to merge into fork.
• Use fork nuget build as application package from fork.
