std-96-pace

Standard method for running 96 PACE experiments on one plate

Parameters

  • Lagoon volume: 500uL
  • Cycle time: 30 minutes

Steps

  • Adds an on-deck inducer reagent
  • 1000uL channels stage tips to be picked up by 96-channel head
  • Implements nearly-continuous culture replacement in 96 lagoons
  • Samples lagoons into microplate at intervals
  • Coordinates with 3rd party plate reader to take luminescence and absorbance measurements
  • Automatically bleaches and rinses culture reservoir
