Update nodes.go with SafetyNet node

We are online for several months with three validators. Adding to deso nodes list

Just to support @carry2web's PR - it'd be great to get the first of the SafetyNet nodes included in the official list.

EDIT: I'll post the suggested changes as a separate PR.

Thanks @carry2web, I've also made comment on-chain about the prior proposals that were skipped:

• PR Update nodes.go - Add MyDeSoSpace.com as node 30 #1207 - @sungkhum for MyDesoSpace, and
• PR Added setu_deso to DeSoNode #424 - @mohitbadwal for Setu_Deso (now defunct/inactive)
• CooperativaLocal node using ID 30 (also now defunct/inactive)

If the team are happy to accept #1438 I'm happy to update it in chronological order so that Nathan's much earlier request can be honoured for node ID 30, which he has been using for some considerable time already.

This would push Focus to 31, SafetyNet to 32 and so on.
