Hi Dan. Added Matomo analytics as alternative to Google, mainly for GDPR European law. To grant the server side PHP option I had to add a small .json to cache files with basic page info to be used by Matomo calls when cache is enabled. I choose the .json file option instead of parsing the cache file because it's cleaner and faster, introducing a very small overhead in cache generation and reading, but granting stats information to be accurate. Eventually the reading of the .json file can be enabled only if Matomo server side option is too. Matomo added using composer.
Added option to layout.html.php theme files (just after Google Analytics line).
Added also Whatsapp social, mainly for channels (putting the appropriate URL can be used also for direct contact).
Minor fixes, added some English labels Matomo and Whatsapp related.
