Purpose
Adjusting the Config Screen to match the new designs.
Approach
We removed the old configuration and replaced it with "parent" and "reference" field rules. That configuration will be used in a later PR to adjust the logic to search for the parent entry.
Testing steps
Automated tests were updated.

Breaking Changes
There are breaking changes, as the configuration changes entirely, but this app was not released yet, so it could only affect testing environments.
