Comparative Genomics Lab

Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (IMBB-FORTH), Heraklion, Crete

We study the evolution of genomes, proteins, and gene families across the tree of life using computational and comparative approaches. Our work spans olfactory receptor evolution, protein structure prediction, tRNA biology, and the molecular basis of biological complexity.
