add dockerfile

This PR adds the possibility to create a docker image from it... ideally a github workflow to automatically release it should be added, please let me know if you want this and I will include it in the PR

@fnxpt Thanks for this (sorry for the late reply!!). The dockerfile looks fine. However, as none of my other sbom tools have dockerfile support, it would look inconsistent just to have this one. Would you mind looking across my other sbom tools and see if you could create a dockerfile for each tool? I think it would make sense to create a new repo with all of the dockerfiles and githubactions together. Do you agree?
