0.3.2 - Reconnect Capabilities

Added the ability to reconnect to a running match with the main Spectra Client!
In our testing this did result in dropped updates for players, so this is only to be done as a last resort (e.g. after a crash).
It is possible only the top will update after a restart/reconnect.

This release adds a check to both clients which checks if Overwolf native is running and if yes, warns the user that using Spectra and it at the same time can cause issues - giving them the option to stop Overwolf native.
It also adds a button to swap the two teams around.
