- [ADD] adddoor GM tool: data-driven door catalog (20 pages, 2×4 grid) with tooltips
- [ADD] Tabs for Catalog / Favorites / Recent, with paging [ADD] Star-toggle favorites (per-player), and Recent history (cap 12)
- [ADD] Targeted placement via CreateBlankItem (door hue applied)
- [ADD] Undo Last (deletes last placed door) and Repeat Last
