There were two issues with these updates:

• In nox==2026.2.9, session.run() now has return type bool | None instead of None. I think we can still ignore the result (it always returns None in our case), but we had to widen our type annotations.
• In ruff==0.15.1, RUF069 is enabled by default and warns about float literal comparisons. I've updated the library code use math.isclose, and I put noqa in tests where relevant (exact comparisons of floats with an exact representation, such as 1.0).

There was one failing CI test due to random tests in veriphix that can fail with nonzero probability and had no fixed seed: I fixed the seed in qat-inria/veriphix@fc535df.
